What is Pueraria Mirifica?

Pueraria Mirifica is a root found growing at high altitudes in Thailand and Burma. In Thailand the plant is called white Kwao Krua and has long been thought of as a rejuvenating herb. It has been used for many years in Asia as an anti-aging remedy.

Pueraria mirifica has a high concentration of phytoestrogens. Phytoestrogens compounds are not hormones, but they do provide similar benefits to estrogen, which is the body's primary source for breast enhancement.
